Pooja Mehta MD

Pooja Mehta, MD, is a primary care physician who is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Mehta completed her undergraduate education at Stony Brook University in New York. Then, she earned her medical degree with honors at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in New York, New York.

Dr. Mehta completed her family medicine residency at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York, Dr. Mehta’s experience includes working as a family medicine physician in San Diego, California, and an urgent care physician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She co-founded Stat Seva Mobile Medical Unit in 2016 to provide free medical checkups to poverty-stricken villages in New Delhi, India, using a custom medical bus.
